If I have special requests or needs, how do I let the hotel know?
When you are filling out the online booking form there is a section where you can make special requests. This will communicate your preferences to the hotel, but this does not guarantee that they can be accommodated.
Participating hotels do of course make every reasonable attempt to honor your requests, but if you want additional assurance that your needs can be met, it is best to contact the hotel directly.
