Should I expect a confirmation email after booking (or cancelling)?
Whenever you successfully make or cancel a hotel reservation in our system, you should receive a confirmation of the transaction by email.
If you do not receive a confirmation, it is possible that you mis-typed your email address or that the email was identified as spam and went into your junk mail folder. It is also possible that there was a glitch in generating the email and it was not sent – even though your transaction was successful.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us to verify your booking or cancellation. If this is a last minute action, it is advisable to contact the hotel directly.
